Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We're planning to expand into the EU and US in the future — this page will be updated when that happens, so check back if you're outside the UK.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods (launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll flag this on the site if so.

All UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout.

Note: the estimate above is transit time from dispatch, not from order date. Add the 2–5 business day processing time to get a total estimate from order to arrival.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking as standard. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You'll also get a photo confirmation once it's delivered. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at pumpkinspicesidequests@gmail.com with your order number. We'll do our best to sort out a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, postal strikes).

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at pumpkinspicesidequests@gmail.com as soon as possible after ordering. We can't guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. due to an incorrect or incomplete address), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
